About the Role

FeverUp is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Experiential Event Manager to lead and manage the operations of a large-scale, immersive outdoor experience in the Pacific Northwest. This is a full-time, seasonal position that will run from mid-October to mid-March.

Key Responsibilities
  • On-site management and operations of the experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for guests.
  • Fill in for General Manager in times of absence, making executive decisions and providing accountability.
  • Follow established processes for a smooth daily run of the experience and continuous maintenance of experience standards.
  • Manage a coordinated system for storage and handling of stock, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management.
  • Train additional members and manage suppliers as needed, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Communicate and coordinate with venue staff and leadership daily, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the venue, particularly in all safety procedures.
  • Handle any problems or special requests from guests, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Handle guestlist and assist with guest check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient entry process.
  • Provide weekly reporting on daily issues to management, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
Schedule and Compensation

The contract will be for 6 months, with a variable schedule based on ticket sales. The experience will be open four days a week from 5 pm-10 pm, with several weeks of seven-day operations and holidays. Compensation will be discussed during the interviewing process.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of previous experience in a management position for an experiential pop-up event, amusement park, or hospitality establishment with high foot traffic.
  • Highly motivated and high energy profile, with a strong ability to engage with the public and manage staff.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and making executive decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously and at initiative, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Legally allowed to work in the US and based in the Greater Seattle area.
