Case Manager

Join the Administrative Office of the Courts as a Case Manager and be part of a team that supports the judicial branch. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing cases, monitoring participant progress, and making referrals to relevant resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of participants in substance use disorder and mental health treatment programs.
- Conduct screenings and assessments to determine eligibility for programs.
- Enter data into the management information system.
- Attend staffing and court sessions to report on participant progress.
- Make referrals to recovery resources, treatment, and ancillary services.
- Provide crisis intervention referrals as needed.
- Conduct home visits and administer drug tests in the field and office.
- Maintain court records with judicial partners.
- Travel statewide and overnight as required.
- Associate's degree in a related field.
- One year of related experience.
- Ability to work in an office setting and conduct home visits.
- Ability to work with highly stressed individuals and high-risk populations.
