Coffee Connoisseur

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Zim's Cafe. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Prepare Coffee Drinks: Use various coffee preparation techniques and equipment to create a wide range of coffee drinks.
• Sell Coffee and Baked Goods: Sell coffee, baked goods, and to-go orders to customers.
• Maintain Workspace: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee/bakery-case/counter area.
• Restock and Rotate Products: Restock and rotate products in our baked goods case.
• Track Inventory: Track inventory of baked goods and coffee service products, communicating par levels to managers for ordering needs in a timely fashion.
• Operate POS System: Operate our Toast POS, taking customer orders, handling payment, and fulfilling carry-out orders.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by catering to guests' needs.

• Experience: Must have prior experience as a Barista.
• Coffee Preparation Techniques: Must be skilled in using various coffee preparation techniques.
• Coffee Equipment Operation: Must be skilled in operating and maintaining coffee equipment.
• Sales and Presentation Skills: Must showcase great sales and presentational skills.
• Education: Must carry at least a high school diploma.
