Job Overview:

The HR Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in the office by managing reception duties, answering phone calls, completing daily administrative tasks, onboarding new employees, and providing support to managers with various paperwork and office responsibilities. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure daily administrative tasks are completed, including filing, record maintenance, copying, and using office equipment such as computers and printers.Create and manage employee files and name tags.Support the human resources department in areas such as recruitment, personnel records, background checks, and benefits administration.Assist in locating and retrieving records as needed.Track referral bonuses and other special HR initiatives.Respond to inquiries, route calls, and record messages.Assist candidates with the application process and participate in job fairs and hiring events as required.Conduct initial screenings of applicants to assess qualifications and cultural fit, and manage all new hire paperwork and onboarding processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.Familiarity with HR concepts, practices, and procedures.Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.

  • Experience in recruiting and human resources is beneficial.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
  • Professional appearance and positive company representation.
This position is full-time and primarily during day shifts, with some weekend and evening availability required.
