Job Summary:

The Maintenance Director at Sapphire at Cedar Crossings is responsible for ensuring the well-maintenance of our healthcare facility, including equipment and surroundings. This role requires compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems
  • Supervise the maintenance department, including orientation for new staff
  • Maintain fire alarm and emergency generator systems to minimize the risk of fire and accidents
  • Manage required records and reports, perform budget planning
  • Remain on-call for emergencies seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day
  • Operate on the TELS platform for all Life Safety, regulatory, and daily tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned
