Position Overview:

As a Customer Care Team Lead at Rezdy, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and report on team performance to uphold high customer satisfaction (CSAT) levels.
  • Oversee daily operations of the team, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Rezdy products and services.
  • Ensure proper escalation of issues to higher support tiers and enhance monitoring and workflows.
  • Become proficient in our ticket management system to improve operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in leading a support team.
  • A strong passion for the evolving technology landscape.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to expand knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with a customer-focused approach.
  • A preference for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity or interest in software, APIs, HTML/CSS, Zendesk or similar tools, CRM systems, and telephony systems.
