With a vast network of locations and a dedicated workforce, we are the leading operator of mobility, logistics hubs, and neighborhood kitchens across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team during scheduled shifts.
- Prepare and organize workstations with all necessary supplies.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of all food products.
- Adhere to cooking techniques and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and nutrition regulations.
- Maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere among team members and clients.
- Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to management.
- Oversee scheduling, labor management, and inventory control.
- Participate in training and development of team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory management.
- 3 to 4 years of previous culinary and management experience.
- ServSafe certification is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong reliability and integrity in all tasks.
- Operational knowledge of hospitality equipment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods and best practices in the industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
Working Environment:
Must be comfortable in a dynamic, shared workspace with constant activity. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as hours may vary based on business needs.
