Job Description

As a Local Manager at Frontier, Inc., you will play a critical role in leading our team of field technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the timely installation and maintenance of our fiber-optic network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Proficiency: You will be responsible for managing departmental budgets, articulating business goals to work groups, and holding team members accountable for achieving results.
  • Employee Relations: You will provide feedback and direction to staff, complete bi-annual performance appraisals, and leverage employee communication vehicles to obtain feedback and input on departmental goals.
  • Community Relations: You will represent the company through active engagement and involvement in the community, promoting our products and services to local leaders and residents.
  • Competitive Marketplace: You will engage in marketing initiatives to promote our products and services, collaborating with regional staff to improve processes and respond to customer needs.
  • Customer Ownership: You will support employees who interact with customers, removing barriers and streamlining work processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree in business, management, or telecommunications is preferred.
  • Experience: Two to four years of supervisory experience is required; experience in OSP and central office engineering and construction is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of engineering, plant service center, and outside plant functions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: $84,000 to $135,000 per year.
