We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to lead our bilingual preschool program. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, supervising staff, and maintaining open communication with parents.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with MSDE regulations and promotes bilingualism.
  • Supervise and support teachers to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians through regular updates and progress reports.
  • Manage classroom resources, materials, and equipment.
Requirements:
  • MSDE 90hr Preschool Certification or CDA with Preschool Endorsement.
  • 1-3 years of experience in early childhood education.
  • Strong knowledge of child development principles and instructional strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:
