Qualifications:
Preferred experience in product lines or industries such as plant maintenance, manufacturing, or job shops. Successful candidates will demonstrate the following traits:

  • Drive to Succeed: Generate and develop new customer accounts to boost revenue, including cold-calling and managing client relationships.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Effectively address objections from potential clients and conduct informative presentations.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to convert prospects into clients while achieving sales targets.

Performance Objectives:
Maximize account potential and achieve continuous growth and profitability.

  • Maintain and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Encourage additional sales through strong relationships with field employees.
  • Enhance client satisfaction through accountability and results-driven approaches.

Job Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in outside sales is required, along with:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to forge strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM software is advantageous.
  • Experience in cold calling and generating new business leads is beneficial.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Compensation:
The base salary for this position is $85,000, with eligibility for commissions based on performance. Annual commission payments can range significantly, with most employees typically earning between $5,000 to $10,000 in commissions.

Total Rewards:
Compensation includes a base salary with uncapped commission potential, a monthly auto reimbursement, company-matched 401(k), paid vacation, sick time, holidays, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
