Qualifications:
Preferred experience in product lines or industries such as plant maintenance, manufacturing, or job shops. Successful candidates will demonstrate the following traits:
- Drive to Succeed: Generate and develop new customer accounts to boost revenue, including cold-calling and managing client relationships.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Effectively address objections from potential clients and conduct informative presentations.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to convert prospects into clients while achieving sales targets.

- Maintain and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Encourage additional sales through strong relationships with field employees.
- Enhance client satisfaction through accountability and results-driven approaches.
Job Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in outside sales is required, along with:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to forge strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
- Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM software is advantageous.
- Experience in cold calling and generating new business leads is beneficial.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Compensation:
The base salary for this position is $85,000, with eligibility for commissions based on performance. Annual commission payments can range significantly, with most employees typically earning between $5,000 to $10,000 in commissions.
Total Rewards:
Compensation includes a base salary with uncapped commission potential, a monthly auto reimbursement, company-matched 401(k), paid vacation, sick time, holidays, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
