About the Role:

Kinsa Group is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to ensure full capacity of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Take ownership of existing accounts and establish new accounts nationwide.
  • Identify opportunities, initiate product presentations, and offer technical and commercial solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Develop and monitor strategic plans, sales, and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience with ingredients and/or flavors for food and beverage manufacturers.
  • Experience managing a sales/marketing team.
  • Bachelor's degree.
