Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CT Technologist to join our team at Advanced Radiology Consultants. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating complex CT equipment, performing CT exams, and ensuring optimal diagnostic quality and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners with exceptional competence, selecting and establishing technical factors to ensure high-quality diagnostic images at the lowest possible dose.
  • Work with IT and CT engineers to ensure RIS/PACS software and hardware work efficiently with all CT equipment.
  • Monitor CT system performance, identify service needs, and schedule maintenance times with vendors and service representatives.
  • Define referring physicians' preferences for receiving images, obtain agreement, and communicate protocols.
  • Screen patients according to contrast guidelines and recommend action to AR physicians.
  • Actively seek and utilize feedback from managers, technologists, and physicians to improve operations and service.
  • Promote a professional, responsible, and courteous environment, demonstrating respect and regard for patients, family, visitors, and all employees.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred
  • ARRT (RT)(R) and CT State License required
  • CT Certification required
