Sanitation Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas
• Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Dust furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds
• Empty wastebaskets, and clean windows and restrooms
• Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
