Role Overview:

Insight Global is in search of a seasoned Finance Operations Manager. The Finance Department is currently undertaking the establishment of an independent Department of Finance, encompassing the complete range of financial functions to support the district. As part of this transition from the County, the district is in the process of implementing a new ERP system, creating in-house treasury and cash management operations, and forming new banking partnerships and payment services.

This position is a full-time hybrid role as a Finance Manager. The district seeks a highly qualified candidate who possesses a blend of project management and finance operations expertise to oversee the development of systems and processes for an autonomous government agency finance department, as well as the transition of responsibilities from the County. The Finance Manager will be tasked with managing the establishment of new financial operations in accordance with the new ERP system, defining work roles and workflows, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and enhancing financial processes. This role offers flexibility with the possibility of remote work.

Compensation Details:

Hourly rate ranges from $55 to $65.

Compensation may vary based on various factors, including skills, experience, and educational background.

Benefit packages for this position will commence on the 31st day of employment and will include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as options for HSA, FSA, and DCFSA accounts, along with access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as mandated by applicable law.
