Job Title: Sales and Customer Relations Manager

Job Description: The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer relations, with a passion for the firearms industry. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities in the Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve sales objectives

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and customer relations
  • A deep understanding of the firearms industry, including products, services, and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
