Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
  • Three - five years of experience in an equivalent sales position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to solve problems proactively and exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience opening new markets and establishing new customers.
