About the Role

Aptive Environmental is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager Liaison. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and fellow account managers
  • Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive customer retention and growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth and expansion
Requirements
  • Customer service or call center experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Google Drive and other productivity tools
  • Typing speed of at least 35 wpm
