Global Biopharma Business Development Lead

The Caris Life Sciences team is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join its growing team. This individual will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in biopharma and business development to build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for Caris Life Sciences.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the biopharma industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in biopharma or business development.
- Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of the biopharma industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- MBA and/or MD or Ph.D. in a related field.
- Experience in molecular biology, with knowledge of drug discovery and development processes.
- Strong understanding of the biopharma value chain, with a focus on early research, development, medical, and commercialization.
- Ability to develop and execute business plans and strategies, with a focus on driving growth and revenue.
- Some travel required, with an emphasis on regional partners.
- Job-specific, safety, and compliance training will be provided.
$140,000 - $160,000
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
