Job Title: Hmong Interpreter

We are seeking a highly skilled Hmong interpreter to join our team at ContactLink Solutions.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and professional interpretation services in Hmong language, facilitating effective communication between clients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality interpretation services in Hmong language, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of medical terminology and industry-specific vocabulary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance interpretation skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Native or near-native proficiency in Hmong language and English.
  • 1+ years of interpreting experience in a healthcare setting (desirable).
  • Excellent communication, listening, and note-taking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
