Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at St Paul Chiropractic. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare exam rooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Escort patients to exam rooms and assist healthcare providers during procedures.
  • Accurately record vital signs and conduct vision and hearing screenings.
  • Collect blood samples and prepare them for laboratory testing.
  • Perform common in-house laboratory tests and prepare instruments for autoclave sterilization.
  • Provide support to doctors and nurses during various procedures.
  • Administer vaccines and injectable medications, and ensure accurate documentation in the patient's electronic medical record.
  • Perform electrocardiograms and other office-type procedures.
  • Accurately document daily work activities in the EMR.
  • Schedule patient appointments and assist with front desk responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and Hmong languages.
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, and Word software.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
