We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team at Ascension Seton. As a Registered Nurse in our CVICU, you will provide direct nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in the CVICU, including assessing and coordinating patient care needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas required.
- 1-2 years of experience in Pediatric CVICU nursing preferred.
