Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Austin, TX.
About the JobThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care in a Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. As a Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, as well as follow verbal instructions.
- Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
