Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered and document accurately
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state where you will be practicing
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, as well as follow verbal instructions
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, and bending
