- Process transactions and other account servicing requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, or 6 months of experience in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel frequently to provide coverage to multiple branches.
