YOUR ROLE:

- Provide expert guidance across all departments, focusing on housekeeping and laundry, while ensuring exceptional guest service and training team members for success.
- Lead the housekeeping team to achieve quality, cleanliness, and Drury standards, exceeding company expectations.
- Deliver on key business metrics related to quality, service, profitability, and team performance.
- Model quality assurance best practices daily and consistently meet or exceed all performance measures.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- A passion for serving others and exceeding guest expectations.
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of supervisory experience with proven leadership success; hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.
