Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest room assignments, key distribution, and credit card information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet high standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Drive shuttle as needed to transport guests and staff.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and be able to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems a plus.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and have a clear background and driving record.

Compensation: $13.50 hourly to start.
