Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Ryder is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective customer communication and issue resolution
  • Manage customer relationships and build trust through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identify and escalate customer complaints and concerns to management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
