Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food meets our standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant, with a focus on kitchen management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or a related field.
  • Training: Completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
