About The Position

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the HR department through various administrative functions, including management of employee records, benefits administration, and recognition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all administrative duties, including documentation, scanning, and email correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain employee information within the HRIS system.
  • Ensure employee files and records are kept up-to-date in both electronic and paper formats.
  • Develop workflows within the Paylocity HRIS system.
  • Track Leave of Absences (LOA) and manage related inquiries.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding PTO, sick leave, and general HR matters.
  • Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding HR information and records.
  • Stay informed about current HR policies, state and federal regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
  • Support HR leadership in educating employees on company policies.
  • Help management monitor employee training and development.
  • Foster positive employee relations and address any arising issues.
  • Assist with HR special projects, including safety initiatives.
  • Prepare correspondence as needed.
  • Support Talent Acquisition with onboarding tasks.
  • Assist HR in arranging travel for employees as required.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or SHRM/PHR Certification preferred.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.
  • Experience in providing HR-related administrative support.
  • Knowledge of both HR and Recruitment functions is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and HRIS applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality with discretion.
  • Willingness to report onsite as required.
