About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at eatOS POS Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across all our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to increase brand awareness and audience engagement across multiple social media platforms.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and post content on a regular basis to ensure consistency and maximize reach.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of posts and campaigns using relevant KPIs, delivering regular reports to the team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategy with marketing goals and objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply insights to improve our social media strategies.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Coordinate with influencers and other relevant figures for promotional activities.
  • Campaign Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (2-4 years) in social media management and content creation.
  • Skills: Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar. Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to deliver creative and engaging content. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
