This role requires a full-time onsite commitment. Candidates should be prepared to work during standard business hours.

Applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing their social media contributions, which may include a variety of content types such as images, videos, written posts, and graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the social media profiles of Cardone Enterprises.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging through appropriate tone and language.
  • Create compelling content for social media platforms, including brief captions and detailed posts.
  • Facilitate positive interactions between customers and the company across social media channels.
  • Monitor daily engagement on various social media platforms.
  • Lead the Employee Advocacy Program to promote internal communications and company updates.
  • Develop strategies to grow and sustain follower engagement on major social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Stay informed about social media trends and the evolving digital landscape.
  • Assist in producing multimedia content for social media initiatives as required.
  • Support the analysis of social media performance metrics and reporting.
  • Utilize the Community App for text-based communications.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management within a professional context.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Basic design capabilities.
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization and online content ranking.
  • Demonstrated success in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks with composure and confidence.
  • Photography skills are advantageous.
