The Social Media Agent is tasked with overseeing and enhancing Craftexcom's digital footprint across multiple social media channels. This position requires the creation of captivating content, tracking social media trends, and engaging with the audience to promote growth and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute impactful social media strategies.
  • Produce, curate, and manage published content including images, videos, and written material.
  • Engage with users in a social manner while nurturing leads and driving sales.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to manage brand reputation, identify key influencers, and coordinate actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Positive demeanor, attention to detail, and customer-focused with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
