We are currently seeking a Front Office Supervisor who will oversee the front desk team, warmly greet our guests, and ensure they enjoy a distinctive artistic experience.

Located in Milwaukee's Theater District, our hotel serves as a creative hub, where every element is influenced by music, art, sculpture, and design.

As part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, we cater to a diverse clientele of theater lovers, culinary enthusiasts, and entertainment seekers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise front desk personnel, reservations, and bell staff as necessary, ensuring all daily operations are executed according to established protocols.
  • Welcome and greet guests upon their arrival at the hotel.
  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Utilize the computer system to manage guest requests and retrieve information efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and issues with professionalism, employing patience and diplomacy to resolve conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, including oversight of the House Bank.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hotel or customer service sector is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to stand and navigate the front office while performing essential job functions.
  • Proficient in reading, listening, and communicating effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Capable of accurately inputting information into a moderately complex computer system.
  • Must possess the ability to observe and respond to signs of emergencies.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
