**Position Overview**

**Commencement:** Immediate

**Work Schedule and Location:** 40 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends, working in the kitchen and at off-site catering functions.

**Compensation:** Salary commensurate with experience, tips from events, and one meal per shift. A comprehensive benefits package for all full-time staff includes health insurance, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, and short-term disability insurance. Two weeks of paid vacation is provided annually.

**Key Responsibilities**

Lead a team in both the preparation kitchen and at off-site catering events.

Adhere to kitchen protocols and procedures to uphold order and discipline daily.

Prepare menu items following recipe guidelines and presentation standards, ensuring consistent high quality.

Oversee quality control of all food items exiting the kitchen, ensuring proper presentation and packaging for full-service, pick-up, and carry-out orders.

Report product shortages that require reordering to the Executive Chef.

Follow proper food safety and daily sanitation practices.

Assist with additional tasks as needed to guarantee the success of the company, team, and events.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a high-volume professional kitchen.

Ability to lead a team effectively in the kitchen and at off-site catering events, working both independently and collaboratively with Front of House Managers.

Experience in grilling various proteins to specifications over wood and coals at off-premise catering events.

Willingness to work evenings and weekends, as these are peak times for fully staffed events.

Possession of a valid Driver's License.

Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.
