Southwest Homes, a rapidly growing On Your Lot home builder, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the position of Office Administrator. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in administrative operations and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become familiar with all systems, policies, and procedures used by Southwest Homes in the operation of the office.
- Develop proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Assist the Construction Managers with various tasks, including invoice processing, building permit applications, inspection scheduling, and bid processing.
- Organize, scan, and load documents to the server, and maintain accurate and up-to-date files.
- Order office supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
- 1 year of experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) (preferred)
