Job OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be able to effectively market and sell State Farm's insurance products.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- To build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
- To stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- To collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM software and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match and generous PTO.
