Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be able to effectively market and sell State Farm's insurance products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • To stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • To collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Familiarity with CRM software and technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match and generous PTO.
