Job Summary

As a Finance Co-op at SIG SAUER, Inc., you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Operations Finance team, Accounting team, and Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role will provide you with exposure to various aspects of finance, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Support the development of financial models and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
  • Assist in the implementation of financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Provide support to the Operations Finance team with tasks such as capital spending analysis and treasury-related analysis.
Requirements
  • Working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Proven academic success (minimum GPA of 3.25).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior exposure to a professional finance organization is a plus but not required.
  • Prior exposure to ERP systems (such as Oracle) is a plus but not required.
  • Able to work both in a team environment and independently, taking direction and guidance from multiple staff members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity.
Working Conditions
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
