About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions, and offering product recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Service: Execute product sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging, and in-shop order fulfillment.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including visual merchandising set up and other store-related projects.
  • Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Loss Prevention: Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a secure store environment and adhering to company policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in premium retail or a similar fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holiday hours based on store needs.
  • Attention to Detail: Quality-minded with keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Language Skills: Ability to speak multiple languages, with a preference for bilingual or multilingual candidates.
