About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pet Ambassador to represent a significant pet brand in a friendly retail environment. As a Pet Ambassador, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and elevating sales by interacting with customers and their pets in store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock and pack out client products to ensure shoppers find what they need.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and client management.
  • Provide store associates with product knowledge, including benefits and promotions, to increase sales.
  • Build brand awareness and affinity by actively engaging with customers and their pets in store.
  • Delight customers by making personalized recommendations for their pets' nutrition.

Requirements

  • Passion for pets and a love for working in a pet-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to stores to ensure all goals are met.
  • Ability to generate sales opportunities for the pet brand.
  • Passionately engaging with customers and their pets, as well as all store personnel.
