Pet Ambassador Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pet Ambassador to represent our significant pet brand in a friendly retail environment. As a Pet Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to interact with pets in store, build relationships with store associates and management, and provide product knowledge to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock and pack out client products to ensure shoppers find what they need.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and client management.
  • Provide store associates with product knowledge, including benefits and promotions, to increase sales.
  • Build brand awareness and affinity by actively engaging with customers and their pets in store.
  • Delight customers by making personalized recommendations for their pet's nutrition.
Requirements:
  • Bringing your love for pets to work.
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently.
  • Traveling to stores to ensure all goals are met.
  • Generating sales opportunities for our client.
  • Passionately engaging with customers and their pets, as well as all store personnel.
