Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a qualified Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Everett, Washington. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, and case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved in treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual counseling, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment plans
  • Lead groups and conduct clinical chart reviews
  • Assist the Program Manager and clinical supervisor in conducting clinical chart reviews
  • Develop treatment plans based on diagnoses and coordinate with chemical dependency treatment providers
Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work
  • Full State licensure by the Washington State Department of Health
  • Mental Health Counselor License (LMHC) or LMHCA, Marriage and Family Therapist License (LMFT) or LMFTA, or Licensed Social Worker
