Job Summary

We are seeking a collaborative and passionate Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Therapist at SOL Mental Health, you will provide compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to patients, working closely with our team to provide integrated care and employ evidence-based treatment modalities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient mental health therapy to patients
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care
  • Employ evidence-based treatment modalities with patients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve clinical excellence
Requirements
  • License in the state of Maryland
  • License in Virginia and/or D.C preferred
  • 1+ years of relevant behavioral health experience
  • Outpatient and/or private practice experience preferred
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, a positive attitude, effective leadership abilities, and a passion for patient care and clinical excellence
  • Must value current evidence-based clinical practice and culturally sensitive care
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
