Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at our Clarkston clinic. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work with clients to evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing documentation. You will also collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with the team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other stakeholders
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • Valid state of Michigan License (LMFT, LMSW, LPC)
  • Experience with treatment plans and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate stable boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing
  • Fully licensed clinicians with insurance panel credentials

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 to $93,000 per year, depending on experience. Flexible work-from-home options are also available.
