Job Title: Independently Licensed Mental Health TherapistWe are seeking a highly experienced and licensed mental health therapist to join our team in Post Falls, ID. As an independently licensed clinician, you will have the autonomy to work with a dynamic team to further our mission of filling gaps in mental health care.
Responsibilities:- Complete client documentation, including CDAs, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Maintain a caseload of at least 30 scheduled clients and 25 executed client visits per week.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with the team to further our mission.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW license in the state of Idaho.
- Minimum of 3+ years of full-time clinical experience post-receiving independent clinical license.
- Prompt and effective communication skills.
- Comfort with presenting to groups and modeling stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.
