Seeking a Psychotherapist to join our behavioral health team at the Everett, Washington location. This clinic provides a step up in mental health services from traditional outpatient via Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Both tracks focus on coping skills and psychoeducation in a group setting around the signs and symptoms of Depression and Anxiety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide short-term rapid stabilization within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide structured treatment with modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) principles.
  • Embrace a trauma-informed environment of care.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice independently as a Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Washington.
  • Eligible for credentialing by Medicare, Medicaid, and other Third-Party Insurance Payers.
  • Clinical experience with broad and diverse population base.

  • Compensation between $86,900 and $119,850 per year.
