Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session in a timely manner
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Full WA State clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or Counseling Psychologist)
  • Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
