Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high-volume duplicating equipment, perform associated copying tasks, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for document imaging equipment, mail management systems, and other related software.
  • Generate reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems in digital format.
  • Ship and receive product and supplies, sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, and apply necessary postage.
  • Perform copier maintenance and repair of customer site equipment.
  • May also perform bindery, quality control, and final check, housekeeping, file services, call center representative, and reception duties.
  • May perform various building support functions related to meeting set-ups and light maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Some related copy job experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy may be required.

  • Good PC skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Mathematical and filing skills.
  • Ability to use office machines and technical equipment.
Working Conditions

Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

Work assignments are diversified, and you will be required to interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data, and instruction.

You will also be responsible for preparing, providing, and conveying diversified information.

Some physical effort is required, which may involve long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing, or similar activities, as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 50-55 lbs.

Walking between buildings may be necessary.

Moderate dexterity – regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination).
