Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee P&L management for a significant business division.

Lead sales and operations for a high-growth market serving diverse communities.

Train, develop, and supervise a team of 85-100 professionals.

Recruit and build a top-tier team.

Manage and track internal and external tasks, oversee all schedules and events, and act as the second level of escalation.

Ensure customer success, retention, and adherence to Service Level Agreements.

Establish and achieve ambitious financial and growth objectives, translating market-level goals into scorecards for each team member.

Supervise the maintenance division and collaborate with the maintenance director to set and achieve objectives.

Perform additional related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management or community management, or extensive leadership experience in a similar field.

Preferred certification – CMCA.

Proven track record of managing client operations successfully.

Ability to unite large teams for the overall success of clients.

Experience leading large-scale client and staff events.

Proficient in monitoring and managing industry KPIs for organizational success.

Self-motivated and highly effective leader.

Demonstrated ability to build and lead a professional team through recruiting, hiring, training, managing, developing, coaching, and necessary separations.

Proficient in overseeing operations for a large and complex portfolio of communities.

Ability to identify and secure new clients.

Strong skills in effective contract negotiation.

Experience managing operations staff and leading the transition process for onboarding new community association clients.

Coordinate closely with our Client Services Group and the client community during the setup process.

Experience working with developers and homebuilders is preferred.

Familiarity with vendor management, construction, project management, and maintenance issues.

Understanding of community association business, budgeting, and financial statements.

Compensation and Benefits:
$100,000 to $130,000, based on education and experience.
