About the Role

Molex is seeking a seasoned executive to lead its Business Development and Corporate Strategy efforts. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, identifying strategic opportunities, and developing innovative solutions to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Business Development team in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic growth initiatives, including investments, acquisitions, and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand Molex's presence in key markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including market research, competitive analysis, and due diligence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investment banking firms, private equity firms, and venture capital firms.
  • Develop and manage the company's investment thesis, including identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities.
  • Oversee the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the CEO and other senior leaders on business development and growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic initiatives.
  • Strong network of relationships with key stakeholders, including investment banking firms, private equity firms, and venture capital firms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
