Role Responsibilities
The Vice President will be accountable for steering revenue enhancement, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering market growth across our EAM and FSM offerings.

This role will report directly to the Global Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate closely with fellow C-suite executives, regional sales directors, product leaders, marketing professionals, and customer success teams.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in a matrixed organizational structure, showcasing robust sales acumen and leadership capabilities.

Key Duties
1. Formulate and implement the overarching revenue strategy for the EAM and FSM divisions, encompassing sales, marketing, pricing, and partnerships.
2. Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving global sales force across diverse regions and channels.
3. Establish and evaluate critical performance indicators and metrics to enhance revenue outcomes, customer retention, and market reach.
4. Develop and sustain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry leaders.
5. Identify and explore new market avenues, customer demographics, and product advancements for the EAM and FSM sectors.

Collaboration
Work alongside product management and engineering teams to relay insights and feedback regarding customer requirements, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Marketing Partnership
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to design and implement impactful campaigns, programs, and events aimed at generating demand, enhancing visibility, and fostering customer loyalty.

Industry Representation
Act as the company representative for the EAM and FSM divisions at industry events, conferences, and media platforms.
